Judge Refuses Bond Reduction in SPI Hit and Run

SPI (KFXV) — A judge has refused to reduce the bond for the 20-year-old woman accused of striking five people during spring break, and fleeing the scene.

20-year-old, Daisy Joy Decker, of Sugarland, Texas, initially had a $130,000 bond for the multiple charges for her alleged involvement of a hit and run on March 17th. Officials raised her bond to $180,000 after one of the victims of the hit and run died in an area hospital. Decker is still in custody.
