H-E-B Shooter in Palmview Faces Charges
PALMVIEW (KFXV) –25 year old Raul Lopez facing murder and attempted murder charges after shooting four of his co-workers.
The shooting took place at this supermarket in Palmview where the suspects worked. Police say Lopez told detectives he was in a state of “paranoia” and thought everyone was out to get him. He went out to his car grabbed his gun and shot through one of the store windows causing the death of 48 year old, Mario Pulido and critically injuring three others identified as 33 year old, Bill Martinez, 51 year old, Frailan Garza and 37 year old, Rafael Martinez .
Lopez who came into the courtroom today with his head covered, did turn himself in and is being held on a 1.9 million dollars bond, for the multiple charges against him. Investigators also tell Fox News, surveillance video from the store is being held as evidence by Palmview police as the investigation into this case continues.
