28-Year-Old Shooting Suspect In Police Custody
A 28-year-old man accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon is now in police custody.
Edinburg authorities say Omar Solis was arrested without intent and formally charged today. He was given a 100-thousand dollar bond for a felon in possession of a firearm and for aggravated assault. Solis was previously sought by police for firing a weapon at a local grocery store and injuring a person.
