The RGV FC Toros will be counting on Venezuelan midfielder Juan Carlos Azocar to return to the valley for the 2021 season. Azocar will continue to be on loan after joining the Toros towards the end of the last campaign. As of now, the only other player on the roster is striker Kyle Edwards.
