Hidalgo county has surpassed 1,000 covid 19 related deaths although cases have decreased, officials say the situation remains critical.
Lupita Martinez is a registered nurse that treats COVID-19 patients at the Mission Regional Medical Center. She refers to the last few weeks as the most difficult situation her and her colleagues have ever faced. Martinez adds this pandemic has caused increased stress and anxiety even at the end of her shift.
