Omar “El Relampago” Juarez returns to the ring tomorrow night in an eight round junior weight fight against Willie Shaw. Friday, the undefeated 21-year-old from Brownsville weighed in at 140.6 pounds while rival Willie Shaw, who has a current record of 12 to 1, came in at 140.4 pounds.
