The City of Donna is taken an aggressive apprroach to slow the spread of COVID-19.
City leaders have bought over 5,000 covid-19 test kits and have created a task force of healthcare providers to serve the city’s 16,000 residents. The testing data will be track on a daily basis to better identify potential COVID-19 hotspots.
The Provider’s Task Force are as follows:

Julio Avila,NP, Avila Family Practice Clinic,PA located at 308 N. Salinas Blvd, Donna Texas. Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM. Must be scheduled by calling (956) 464-4497.
Salman Muhammad Khan,Md, Donna Children’s Clinic, located at 1704 Scobey Ave, Donna Texas. Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 9 AM. All test must be scheduled by calling (956) 461-2150.
Michael A. Flores, MD, Internal Medicine located at 102 N. Salinas Blvd. suite-B, Donna, Texas. Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 2 PM to 4:30 PM. Friday from 8:30 AM to Noon. Drive-Thru, no appointment necessary. Must bring Driver’s License and insurance card and call (956) 377-5400 once in line for testing.
