Educators Voice Their Concerns About Returning Back To The Classrooms

Teachers across texas report they do not feel safe returning back to the classroom this upcoming school year.

The Texas Education Agency will provide parents the option of letting their children participate in distance learning or go back to in-person instruction this August. Representatives from Hidalgo ISD say this plan may not be the best idea since it could be difficult to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on campus.

“We can control what happens inside school but we can’t control what happens outside of school.”
