Golden Boy Promotions is making it’s return to the ring.
North Texas native Vergil Ortiz, considered the next big thing in boxing by Oscar De La Hoya, will be returning to action next month.
Oritz is undefeated 15 to nothing: all wins by knockout.
He will be facing veteran fighter Samuel Vargas.
Both fighters were scheduled to go toe to toe back in March but the match was suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.
