Judge Richard Cortez signed an order limiting gatherings to 10 people or less and no more than a hundred in events held outside. A curfew is also in place: minors cannot be out between the hours of 10 PM to 6 AM. For those over 18, the curfew is from 11 at night to 5AM.
“When you are ‘curfewing’ that means you are at home in the nucleus of your family. So when you comply with the curfew,it minimizes our exposure to other people in the community that could be carrying the virus or that you may have the virus and may be spreading it to other people.”

Some bar owners are surprised by this mandate, as they say their businesses were barely starting to get back on their feet after the 2 month lock down.
The owner of “The Gremlin” says although they have to adjust their operations, they are happy to comply with this new order.
