According to officials,the 13-year-old met one of the suspects on a social media application. The man traveled from Louisiana to meet with her after speaking for a few days.
21-year-old Brandon Galvez is being charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault. 22-year-old Jose Ramos Serrano was charged with aggravated kidnapping and failure to report aggravated sexual assault .
