Nearly 2.5 million dollars in heroin and marijuana seized at the Pharr International Bridge.

In the first incident, officers inspected a 2014 Kenworth Tractor Trailer hauling a shipment of tomatoes and discovered 90 packages of heroin worth over two million dollars. the second discovery was made inside a 1999 Freightliner trailer where they found 72 packages of marijuana worth over 59 thousand dollars  The third seizure was made after officers found 1,372 packages of marijuana worth over $236,000. All three cases under investigation by Homeland Security.
